A dedicated team for every client you juggle.
All reporting to one head of accounts you actually talk to. Each team reads across the tools you already use and works every stage of the relationship, from proposal to paid, catching what's slipping and drafting your next move.
Building in the open. Early access Fall 2026.
You're not disorganized. You're outnumbered.
A handful of clients, each one living in your inbox, your calendar, your invoicing, and your head. You're the only thing connecting them. So things slip.
hours a week gone to admin you can't bill. That is every Friday, worked for free.
of the time, an invoice is already late. You find out after the client does.
Stay on top of it all by hand.
Eats the hours you don't have.
Let it slide.
A client cools, an invoice ages, and you find out too late.
It was never about effort. You're doing the work of six people with the tools of one.
Every client gets a team. You get your week back.
Connect the tools you already use. Each client gets a dedicated team that knows that one relationship, and one head of accounts you talk to. The work runs past you, never without you.
Nothing slips
It watches every relationship across every stage, proposal, deliverables, follow-ups, invoice, and surfaces what needs you before it costs you. The cooling client. The unsent proposal. The invoice aging in silence. You see it in time, every time.
The next move, already drafted
It doesn't just flag things. It drafts the follow-up, the proposal, the check-in, ready for you to read, adjust, and send.
One head of accounts, not six tabs
You don't run six teams. You talk to one head of accounts who runs them all and tells you what matters.
Invoice 1042 is 12 days over. Flagged before it ages further.
It does the chasing. You do the deciding.
You've tried the tools. None of them talk to each other.
Here's the stack most people cobble together. Every piece better than the last. Every piece still leaking.
A CRM
You lose a weekend setting it up, then it sits there waiting for you to feed it. The work it promised to save, you now do twice.
still leakingAn all-in-one tool
Good, right up until the booking is done. Then it goes quiet, and you're back in your inbox and a spreadsheet for everything that happens next.
still leakingA chatbot
You paste, it answers, you copy back. Smart, but it starts cold every time. It never remembers your client and never lifts a finger until you ask.
still leakingIt reads what you already have.
No setup ritual, no feeding. It works across your inbox, calendar, and invoicing from day one, and connects what those tools keep apart.
It gets smarter every week.
Each client's team builds its own memory of that relationship. The longer it runs, the sharper everything it surfaces and drafts. A tool you set up goes stale. This compounds.
Reads what you already have, and compounds. No one else does either. LancePulse does both. Not a CRM you feed, not a chatbot you babysit.
It drafts. You decide. Every time.
Handing your client inbox and your invoicing to an AI is a real ask. So it never moves behind your back.
It writes the follow-up, the proposal, the reply, then it stops. You read it, change what you want, and you hit send.
It works in your drafts, not your outbox.
It reads what it needs to help, and nothing more. Disconnect any tool, any time.
It earns its way in, one step at a time. The way trust should work.
Walk in first, and cheaper, for life.

Why I built this.
I build with AI, and I wanted a real problem to build against, not a toy.
I kept watching people I know run an entire business out of an inbox and a Sunday spreadsheet: juggling clients, dreading the invoice they have to chase, losing hours every week to admin that never gets billed. The work they're brilliant at, buried under the work nobody pays them for.
So I started building the thing that clears it. A team for every client, so nothing slips and nobody has to be six people at once. That became LancePulse, and I'm building it in the open.
More on how I build at skakeny.com. The other thing I've built, Job Studio, is live.
